Disposition versions
65. The following persons are guilty of an offence and are liable to the fines provided for in section 82 of the Act to ensure safety in guided land transport (chapter S-3.3):
(1) a person who contravenes section 3;
(2) the operator who contravenes section 7;
(3) the operator who contravenes section 61.
